Return & Refund Policy:

At Seven Engineered Solutions, we take pride in providing high-quality aftermarket automotive parts and components. Due to the performance-oriented nature of our products, please review the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, hardware, documentation, and accessories must be included
  • The item must not show signs of installation, modification, damage, or wear
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Installed, used, modified, or damaged products
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs/duty costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Shipping damage

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photos of:

  • The item
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Any visible damage

Warranty Disclaimer:

Products come with 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production or ordering has begun.

Seven Engineered Services is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or legal issues resulting from the installation or use of this product. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Modification of any vehicle may violate local, state, or federal laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before installation or operation.
